Your reviews are spread across Google Maps, Trustpilot, G2, the app stores, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Amazon. Lovely Router collects them through one review scraping API: send a place, a domain, an app or a product, and get the reviews back as JSON with stars, text and dates. You pay per review, so a daily check costs only the reviews it returns. Run it from a cron job, or let an agent read the reviews and tell you what changed.

Hand it to your AI agent

Copy this prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any coding agent. It tells the agent where the docs are and how to use your API key.

Collect reviews, newest first, from Google Maps, Trustpilot, G2, the App Store, Google Play, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Amazon, and summarize what customers say. Use the Lovely Router data tools: each returns JSON and is billed per result.

- Docs (read first): https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/tools/find.md and https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/tools/run.md
- Plan first: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/suggest with `{"task": "<my task in plain words>"}` (free). It returns the tools to run in order, each with an example `input`, the `input_required` fields, an estimated cost and a ready-made `run` request. Replace the example values with my task's; if a field is unclear, read the tool with GET https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/<id>. To browse instead, POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/discover searches the catalog.
- Show me the plan and its estimated cost (`total_est_cost_usd`) before running anything large.
- Run: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/<id>/run with `{"input": {...}, "max_results": N}`. A 200 has the finished run with `items`; a 202 means it is still running, so poll the `poll` path until `status` is `succeeded`, `failed`, `timed_out` or `stopped`.
- Only delivered results are billed. Keep max_results small on the first run, check the output, then scale up.
- If you support MCP, connect https://lovelyrouter.com/mcp instead (Streamable HTTP, same key; https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/tools/mcp.md) and use suggest_tools, get_tool and run_tool.
- Auth: read my API key from the LOVELY_API_KEY environment variable and send it as `Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY`. Never print or commit the key. If it is not set, ask me to create one at https://lovelyrouter.com/app/keys.
- Billing is prepaid: every call is charged to my balance, so test with a small request before running anything large.
- Every docs page is plain Markdown; the full index is https://lovelyrouter.com/llms.txt.

How it works

010203
  1. Point each tool at your listing

    A Google Maps place ID, a Trustpilot domain, a G2 product slug, an App Store ID, a Google Play package name, a Tripadvisor or Booking.com page URL, an Amazon ASIN.

  2. Pull the newest reviews

    Sort by newest or filter by rating, and cap each run with max_results. The run holds its maximum cost and settles to the reviews it returned.

  3. Act on them

    Store what you've seen, alert on new low ratings, and send the text to a model with the same key to group complaints by topic.

Pull Google Maps reviews with one request

Google Maps reviews takes place IDs or place URLs. This run returns the 20 newest reviews of one place:

curl https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/google-maps-reviews/run \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "input": {
      "placeIds": ["ChIJN1t_tDeuEmsRUsoyG83frY4"],
      "maxReviews": 20,
      "reviewsSort": "newest"
    },
    "max_results": 20
  }'

Each review in items has its text, stars, date and the owner's reply. maxReviews is per place, and max_results caps the whole run, so with several place IDs set both. A run still going after 60 seconds returns 202; Run a tool shows how to poll.

For Trustpilot, send domains and filter by stars. This run returns up to 50 one- and two-star reviews, newest first; put your own domain in companyUrls:

cURL
curl https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/trustpilot-reviews/run \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{"input": {"companyUrls": ["example.com"], "stars": ["1", "2"], "sort": "recency"}, "max_results": 50}'

Recipes

Alert on new low ratings

Every morning, run trustpilot-reviews with "stars": ["1", "2"] and "sort": "recency", and google-maps-reviews with "reviewsSort": "newest". Keep the reviews you've already seen, and post anything new to your team's channel from your code.

Cover every branch

Find all your locations with Google Maps places, which returns each one's placeId, then pass the list to google-maps-reviews with "maxReviews": 10 per place.

Check each app release

After a release, run app-store-reviews for each country you sell in and google-play-reviews with "sortBy": "newest", then ask a model to sort the reviews into bugs, feature requests and praise.

Benchmark against competitors on G2

Run g2-reviews in product_reviews mode with your product's slug and two competitors' slugs, and compare what reviewers praise and criticize.

Read hotel feedback by guest type

booking-reviews returns likes, dislikes and traveler type per review, so you can see what business travelers and families each complain about; add tripadvisor-reviews with since set to your last run.

With the MCP server connected, you can also ask Claude Code: "Get this month's one- and two-star Trustpilot reviews for our domain and the newest Google Maps reviews for our three stores, then summarize the top five complaints with an example quote each. Set max_results on every run."

05

What you pay

Review tools bill per review returned, and some also charge a fee per run; the cards above show today's prices. Starting a run holds its maximum cost, per-call fee plus per-review fee times max_results, and settles to the reviews it actually returned. A run that fails or times out pays only for the reviews it delivered before it ended, and a run refused at the start costs nothing.

There's no subscription and no per-site plan: one prepaid balance pays for tools and models alike. Keep monitoring cheap by sorting newest first and setting a small max_results, so each check fetches only what's likely new. See pricing for every tool.

Frequently asked questions

?
Which review sites can I monitor?+

Google Maps, Trustpilot, G2, the Apple App Store, Google Play, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Amazon, each through its own tool with the same API key and the same JSON run format.

How do I get only reviews posted since my last check?+

Sort newest first and keep the cap small: Google Maps and Google Play sort by newest, Trustpilot by recency, Booking.com by f_recent_desc and Amazon by recent. Tripadvisor also takes a since date. Store what you've seen and skip it on the next run.

Can I filter reviews by star rating?+

Yes, on several sites. Trustpilot takes a stars filter, Tripadvisor takes ratings, and Booking.com takes review score bands. Google Maps can sort by lowest rating first.

Do I get the business owner's replies?+

Google Maps reviews include the owner's reply, and Trustpilot reviews include the company's reply, when there is one.

How do I turn reviews into a report?+

Send the review text to a model through the Models API with the same key, for example claude-haiku-5.5 or gemini-3-flash, and ask it to group complaints, score sentiment or draft replies. Model tokens and tool results come out of the same balance.

What does monitoring cost each month?+

It depends mostly on how many reviews you pull, plus a per-run fee on the tools that have one, not on a plan per site or location. Each run costs at most its per-call fee plus the per-review price times max_results, and you see the exact charge on every run.

For product prices and best sellers alongside reviews, see e-commerce intelligence. Hotels and rentals have their own page: travel and real estate data.

One prepaid key for models, data and agents

No subscription. Top up, use what you need, see every charge in your logs.
