Find local events to sponsor, exhibit at or sell tickets near
List upcoming Eventbrite events in a US city with organizer, venue, dates and price range as JSON, to find sponsorship, vendor or partner targets.
If you sell to a local audience, sponsoring or exhibiting at the right event is often cheaper than ads, but finding the events and the people running them takes hours of browsing. Eventbrite has the listings, one search page at a time. Lovely Router turns a city and a date window into a list. Send a US city, get one JSON object per event, pay per event from a prepaid balance. Call it from a script, a CRM import or an AI agent with one API key.
Hand it to your AI agent
Copy this prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any coding agent. It tells the agent where the docs are and how to use your API key.
Find local events to sponsor, exhibit at or sell tickets near. Use the Lovely Router data tools: each returns JSON and is billed per result.
- Docs (read first): https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/tools/find.md and https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/tools/run.md
- Plan first: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/suggest with `{"task": "<my task in plain words>"}` (free). It returns the tools to run in order, each with an example `input`, the `input_required` fields, an estimated cost and a ready-made `run` request. Replace the example values with my task's; if a field is unclear, read the tool with GET https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/<id>. To browse instead, POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/discover searches the catalog.
- Show me the plan and its estimated cost (`total_est_cost_usd`) before running anything large.
- Run: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/<id>/run with `{"input": {...}, "max_results": N}`. A 200 has the finished run with `items`; a 202 means it is still running, so poll the `poll` path until `status` is `succeeded`, `failed`, `timed_out` or `stopped`.
- Only delivered results are billed. Keep max_results small on the first run, check the output, then scale up.
- If you support MCP, connect https://lovelyrouter.com/mcp instead (Streamable HTTP, same key; https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/tools/mcp.md) and use suggest_tools, get_tool and run_tool.
- Auth: read my API key from the LOVELY_API_KEY environment variable and send it as `Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY`. Never print or commit the key. If it is not set, ask me to create one at https://lovelyrouter.com/app/keys.
- Billing is prepaid: every call is charged to my balance, so test with a small request before running anything large.
- Every docs page is plain Markdown; the full index is https://lovelyrouter.com/llms.txt.

Pick the city and window
A US city and state, a date window such as
this-month, and optional keywords like the topic of your audience.Run the tool with a cap
Send them to
POST /v1/tools/eventbrite-events/runwithmaxItemsandmax_results. The run holds its maximum cost from your balance and returns the events as JSON.Shortlist and reach out
Sort by organizer and venue, drop the ones that do not fit, and contact the organizers of the rest.
Find events with one request
Find Eventbrite events takes location (US city and state), dateRange (all-events, today, this-week, this-weekend or this-month) and optional keywords. maxItems caps the events. You can pass Eventbrite search links in startUrls instead, and they take priority:
curl https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/tools/eventbrite-events/run \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{
"input": {
"location": "Austin, TX",
"dateRange": "this-month",
"keywords": "tech",
"maxItems": 50
},
"max_results": 50
}'A run still going after 60 seconds returns 202; Run a tool shows how to poll.
What each event holds
| Field group | What you get |
|---|---|
| Event | Name, start and end, link |
| Place | Venue and address, and whether it is online or in person |
| Organizer | Who runs the event |
| Price | The price range |
Recipes
Search a city with the keywords of your audience, group events by organizer, and rank organizers by how many events they run.
Look for recurring markets and expos in the next month and contact the organizers.
Pull this weekend's events near your venue and time a discount or a pop-up to match.
Search a topic in several cities and compare the price ranges to set your own.
Run weekly for your city, keep the in-person events, and ask a model to write a short digest.
Prefer plain words? Connect the MCP server and tell Claude Code or Cursor: "Find events in Denver, CO this month with the keyword 'startup', group them by organizer, and list the organizers with the most events. Set max_results to 100."
Organizer names are business contact points. If you reach out to individuals, you are responsible for using that data lawfully, including privacy and anti-spam rules.

What you pay
You pay per event: starting a run holds its maximum cost, the per-call fee plus the per-event fee times max_results, and the run settles to what it returned. The rest of the hold goes back to your balance. A run that fails or times out pays only for the events it delivered, and a run refused at the start costs nothing.
Scanning 50 events a week is billed as 50 events a week. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum: top up from $5, and one balance pays for tools and models. The card above shows today's price; pricing lists every tool.
Frequently asked questions
Which cities does it cover?+
The tool takes a US city and state, such as Austin, TX or Chicago, Illinois. For other countries, the data file lists no support.
How many events can one run return?+
Up to 200 events per run. maxItems caps the events, and 0 means no limit within the page limit.
Can I use my own Eventbrite search?+
Yes. Pass the search page links in startUrls; they take priority over location and keywords.
Do I need an Eventbrite account?+
No. You send a city and an API key.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. You add credit to a prepaid balance and each run draws it down. Failed runs pay only for the results they delivered, and nothing renews automatically.
