White-label AI agents for your own users
Give your users cloud agents with your name, logo, colors and welcome line, on your own domain, paid from your prepaid balance. Nothing names us.
You want an AI agent inside your product without building one, such as a white-label AI assistant for your SaaS. A white-labeled agent is a cloud agent that wears your branding instead of ours: your agent's name, logo, colors, fonts and welcome line on its page, on the pages around it and in what the agent says about itself. Connect your own domain and nothing your users see names Lovely Router. Create one agent per user of yours, hand them a link or call the agent over the API, and pay from one prepaid balance.
Hand it to your AI agent
Copy this prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any coding agent. It tells the agent where the docs are and how to use your API key.
Give my own users Lovely Router cloud agents under my brand (white-label): my name, logo and domain, my users never see Lovely Router. - Docs (read first): https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/agents/white-label.md and https://lovelyrouter.com/docs/api/agents.md - Agents: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/agents; create a branding: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/agents/brandings; a token per end user: POST https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/agents/<id>/tokens. Keep my API key on my server and hand users only those tokens. - Auth: read my API key from the LOVELY_API_KEY environment variable and send it as `Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY`. Never print or commit the key. If it is not set, ask me to create one at https://lovelyrouter.com/app/keys. - Billing is prepaid: every call is charged to my balance, so test with a small request before running anything large. - Every docs page is plain Markdown; the full index is https://lovelyrouter.com/llms.txt. My task: <describe what you want to build or get>
How it works
Design a branding
In the console under Cloud agents → Brandings, set the name, logo, theme, colors, fonts and welcome line while a live preview shows the agent's page. Or create it over the API.
cURLcurl https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/agents/brandings \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY" \ -H "content-type: application/json" \ -d '{"agent_name": "Nova Assistant", "scheme": "light", "colors": {"accent": "#0d9488"}, "font": "Inter", "welcome": "How can Nova help today?"}'Create an agent that wears it
Send the branding's id when you create or update an agent. It applies from the agent's next start.
cURLcurl https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/agents \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY" \ -H "content-type: application/json" \ -d '{"name": "Nova for cust-42", "user": "cust-42", "branding": "brd_6c1f0a9e3b7d2c4e8f5a1b0d"}'Give your user its page
An agent token with the
uiscope comes with a link that opens the agent's page, signed in, in your branding. Or keep the page to yourself and only send runs over the API.cURLcurl https://lovelyrouter.com/v1/agents/agt_3f9a1c7e0b2d4e6f8a9b0c1d/tokens \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $LOVELY_API_KEY" \ -H "content-type: application/json" \ -d '{"scopes": ["ui"], "expires_in": 86400}'
What your users see
Your agent's name in the page title, sidebar and browser tab; your logo as the sidebar mark, the mark over the message box and the favicon; your welcome line, colors and fonts, in a dark or light theme.
Starting…, Sign in, Stopped and the other notices on the agent's address use your branding too, and never link to Lovely Router. When an agent can't start because of your balance or a budget, your user is only told it isn't available right now.
It calls itself by your agent's name, the models it offers are listed under that name, and its built-in tools don't mention Lovely Router.
Under the branding it is the same agent as every cloud agent, with its own sandbox and workspace, the data tools and the browser agent.
What a branding holds
: what your users see and what the agent calls itself, 1 to 40 letters, digits, spaces and . _ -.
: your own label, never shown to your users.
: PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, up to 64 KB, or the first letter of the agent name on your accent color.
: dark or light, with an accent and a background color; the other colors are derived from them, and you can fine-tune each one.
: a text font and a code font from a list of Google Fonts, or the page's own.
: the headline over the first message box, up to 80 characters.
Keep up to 50 brandings, with any number of agents under each. A change reaches every agent that uses the branding at its next start. Brandings are free to keep.
Your own domain
Serve a branding's agents on a domain of yours, such as agents.yourcompany.com. Agent links, sign-in, pages and share links then use it.
- Connect it. Enter the domain on the branding in the console, or call
PUT /v1/agents/brandings/{id}/domain. - Add one DNS record. At your DNS provider, add the
CNAMEshown. A domain at the root needs a provider that allows CNAME records there (CNAME flattening or ALIAS). - Wait for the certificate. Once the record is live, the certificate is issued by itself, usually within minutes, and the status turns active. Optional TXT records let you prepare the certificate before you point the domain at us.
Only that branding's agents answer on your domain; nothing else of ours does. One domain per branding.
Agents for each of your users
Create each agent with your own id for the user, {"user": "cust-42"}. Give the user an agent token instead of your key: it reaches one agent only, expires by itself after 1 minute to 30 days, and can be revoked at any time. Scope ui opens the branded page; scope api sends runs and reads files without it. A budget per agent stops it once it has spent that much, and share links open the files it made without a sign-in.
What you can build with it
One branded agent per customer account, opened from your app with a ui token, capped by a budget.
One branding per client, each on the client's own domain, all billed to your account.
Use api tokens and runs from your backend; the files and share links your users see still carry your domain.
What you pay
White-labeled agents cost 1.5× the standard rates for their sandbox: compute and storage. Models, data tools and the browser agent they use keep their usual prices.
| Size | Standard | White label |
|---|---|---|
| Small (2 shared vCPUs, 2 GiB) | $0.05 per hour | $0.075 per hour |
| Medium (4 shared vCPUs, 4 GiB) | $0.10 per hour | $0.15 per hour |
| Large (8 shared vCPUs, 8 GiB) | $0.20 per hour | $0.30 per hour |
You pay only while an agent runs, plus its workspace storage. A connected domain costs $0.50 per day. Switching an agent's branding on or off changes its price from its next start. There is no subscription; everything comes out of your prepaid balance. See pricing and cloud agent pricing.
Frequently asked questions
What is a white-label AI agent?+
It is a hosted AI agent that shows your product's name, logo, colors and welcome line to your users instead of ours. It runs in its own cloud sandbox with its own workspace, and you hand it to your users with a link or call it over the API.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Connect one domain per branding and add the CNAME record shown; the certificate is issued by itself, usually within minutes. Links, sign-in, pages and share links then use your domain.
How much more does a white-labeled agent cost?+
Its sandbox costs 1.5× the standard rates for compute and storage. Model tokens, data tools and the browser agent keep their usual prices, and a custom domain is charged per day while it is connected.
Can I resell AI agents to my clients?+
Yes. Keep one branding per client, each on the client's own domain if you like, with all of them billed to your prepaid balance. You can keep up to 50 brandings, with any number of agents under each.
Do my users need an account with you?+
No. You create the agents and give each user an agent token. A ui token comes with a link that opens their agent's page, already signed in.
What do my users see when my balance runs out?+
The agent's page only tells them it isn't available right now, in your branding, with no link to us. Your agents stop when your balance goes below zero; top up within 24 hours to keep their workspaces.
